❤️ Faith That Drives Us

At the heart of the Digital Safety Project is a simple conviction: a life surrendered to Jesus Christ compels us to love others the way He loves us — and that love does not look away when the vulnerable are at risk.

It is the Holy Spirit who stirs within us an urgency that the world often dismisses. He presses upon our hearts the weight of what is happening to our children in digital spaces — the exploitation, the isolation, the exposure to darkness — and refuses to let us grow comfortable or silent. This is not a cultural project or a tech-awareness campaign. It is an act of obedience to the One who said the greatest commandment is to love God and love one another.

We are driven by the knowledge that God has entrusted children to our care — not as property, but as image-bearers of the living God, worthy of protection, worthy of truth, and worthy of a community that will stand between them and harm. The threats in digital spaces are real, organized, and relentless. So must be our response.

We do not act out of fear — we act out of faith. Faith that God's instruction through scripture is sufficient to guide us. Faith that His Spirit equips us for what He calls us to. And faith that even the most broken situations can be redeemed when people choose to act rather than look away.

This is why we are here. Not because we have all the answers, but because Jesus does — and He calls those who follow Him to be shepherds, watchmen, and advocates for those who cannot yet protect themselves.

Rooted in Scripture

Every dimension of this work is grounded in God's instruction through scripture.

Honor God's Instruction Through Scripture — Train the Next Generation

We are called to be obedient to Scripture and to honor God's instructions so that the children He entrusts to us can walk in His ways long after we are gone.

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6 (ESV)

Stay Vigilant — The Enemy Is Active

Spiritual alertness is not optional. The adversary operates in every space — including digital ones — and we must remain watchful and proactive.

"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." — 1 Peter 5:8 (ESV)
  • 🔐
Know the Dangers — Ignorance Is Not Innocence

God's people are not called to naivety. Understanding the dangers our youth face is the first step to protecting them from those dangers.

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." — Hosea 4:6 (ESV)
  • 🛡
Be Proactive — Wisdom Sees Ahead

Wisdom is not passive. A prudent person does not wait for harm to arrive — they identify it early and act before damage is done.

"The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it." — Proverbs 27:12 (ESV)

Protect the Vulnerable — Jesus Made It Clear

Jesus spoke with unmistakable seriousness about those who harm children. We take His words as a solemn charge — to protect the little ones in our care with everything we have.

"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea." — Matthew 18:6 (ESV)

Adults Too — We Must Model What We Preach

Every danger that threatens our youth equally threatens us as adults. We cannot lead our children toward digital wisdom while living in digital compromise ourselves. Transformation starts with us.

"A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways." — James 1:8 (ESV)
